A: SMD (Surface Mount Device) solders individual packaged diodes to the PCB, making it cost-effective and easy to repair. COB (Chip-on-Board) mounts raw micro-LED chips directly onto the substrate and encapsulates them in protective epoxy resin. COB offers higher durability, superior dust/water protection, zero pixel collision risks, and better visual performance at micro pitches below P1.2mm.

Q: How does magnetic front-service maintenance work?

A: Front-service displays utilize strong neodymium magnets on the module frame. Using an electric or manual vacuum suction tool placed against the face of the module, technicians can safely pull out the module in under 10 seconds without dismantling the structural cabinet or surrounding tiles.
