A: Yes. We manufacture both front-service and rear-service cabinet structures. Front-service models use a specialized tool to remove modules directly from the front, eliminating the need for rear catwalks.

A: Modules and cabinets are vacuum-sealed with desiccant, padded with high-density EPE foam, and packed inside fumigated plywood crates or heavy-duty flight cases tested for ocean and air transportation.

A: Standard orders include 3% to 5% complimentary spare parts, including LED modules, power supply units, receiving cards, cables, and module masks.

A: Standard manufacturing lead time is 12 to 18 working days, including raw material IQC, SMT placement, conformal coating, assembly, and 72-hour factory burn-in testing.
